thrive-kidsParents are increasingly turning to alternative medicines like acupuncture because they want to safely and naturally heal the root of their child’s health issues. They don’t want to use traditional pharmaceuticals or other medications that may have potentially harmful side effects. Many of these medications only treat the symptoms of the child’s illness; not the source. Acupuncture focuses on treating the cause of the symptoms by stimulating the body to heal itself naturally. This leads to a safe resolution of illness, preventing future illness by promoting healing and restoring the body’s own resilience.
