Boyertown Annual Holiday Open House Tour-1st Friday of December

3 – 9pm

The streets of Boyertown will be bustling during the annual Boyertown Holiday Open House Tour! Maps available at the Boyertown Area Historical Society, 43 South Chestnut Street, Boyertown. Trolleys will transport visitors to and from each home or venue on the tour, or tourists can walk or drive on their own. Boyertown Area High School students will assist as hosts in the historic homes on the tour, and NJROTC members will serve by guiding visitors throughout the evening. Businesses and historic venues include the Boyertown Area Historical Society, Taylor Backes and Tibitu Glass, Sugg Motor Car Company, Frecons Hard Bean Café, Studio B, the Twin Turrets Inn, Boyertown Area Multi Service, Festival of Trees, Frecon Farms, and the Boyertown Museum of Historic Vehicles.   Some businesses will offer special discounts just for the participants of the tour. This is a great way to start off your Holiday Season! Bring friends and family along and make an evening out of it! Admission is $12 in advance available at Twin Turrets Inn or $15 at the door the day of the tour.

 

Festival of Trees– 1st Friday of December

Share the Joy of the Holidays, Boyertown Area Multi-Service will be hosting
their annual Festival of Trees on the 1st Friday of December. This is a stop on the Holiday Open House Tour as well. This event is a way for local businesses, service clubs or individuals to help local families who need support this holiday season.

Chillin’ on Main-1st Saturday of December

Join Building A Better Boyertown for Santa’s arrival and a day of family activities right on Philadelphia Avenue, Boyertown. There will be face painting, a Santa’s workshop, interactive activities, entertainment, story time, and more. Come out and join the fun! (minimal fee for some activities)

*Philadelphia Avenue will be closed from Reading Avenue to Chestnut Street 10am-4pm. Parking will be available in the Inner Core Lot, along the streets, and in the lots of National Penn Bank, Good Shepherd and St. John’s Church and The Boyertown Museum of Historic Vehicles.
