Building a Better Boyertown (BBB) is a non-profit organization formed in 2002. Boyertown, PA is a Main Street Community, received funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development and private donors to focus on downtown revitalization.
BBB staff and volunteers develop and accomplish tasks that maintain Boyertown’s historical heritage, promote downtown Boyertown and attract people to the community. They concentrate on business recruitment and retention and on providing technical assistance and grant opportunities for property and business owners in the Main Street District to make facade improvements enhancing the town's Victorian architecture.
Overall, Boyertown's approach to revitalization is comprehensive in nature. We are always looking for fresh faces and ideas to help us achieve our goals. Come join us, and the fun!

St. John Hill UCC and St. Joseph’s Hill Lutheran Church, to honor our local veterans, will be lighting luminaries on St. Joseph’s Hill Union Cemetery on Saturday, November 14th, from 6PM to 10PM.
Please come out to enjoy this “glowing” event by driving by 620 Hill Church Road, Boyertown or stopping in to see a more breathtaking and spectacular view from the second floor Sunday school and kitchen windows of St. John Hill UCC. The church will be open for all to take in the view of the entire cemetery. If you would like to honor your favorite veteran(s), donations in any amount can be made by November 11. Please make checks payable to: St. John Hill UCC and put “Veteran Luminaries” on the memo line. Checks can be mailed to the church at 620 Hill Church Road, Boyertown, PA 19512.
On the evening of the event, a list of sponsors and those being honored or remembered will be posted in the Church for everyone to see that evening. Any proceeds from these donations will be donated to the Wounded Warriors Project in honor of the veterans of the Hill Churches.
